Anesthesiologists, Physiatrists, Neurologists, Orthopedists, Radiologists and other physicians interested in advancing their skill and knowledge of interventional pain management. |

| Objectives |
| Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to: |
- Increase their knowledge of the indications and contraindications of interventional pain procedures.
- Identify spinal anatomy and associated structures by fluoroscope.
- Understand potential risks and complications of interventional pain procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in performing interventional pain procedures in cadaver workshop.
- Understand the correct coding, billing and reimbursement for compliance.

The University of South Florida College of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 9.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for the Basic Course and 8.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for the Intermediate and 8.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for the Advanced Courses. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Pain Management Training Seminars reserves the right to cancel a course date upon reasonable notice and will assume no financial obligation to registrants for reasons beyond its control. Registration fees will be refunded, however, transportation and other expenses incurred are the responsibility of the registrant.
Registrants not confirmed within 7 days of the course will be notified by mail and refunded the registration fee. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the course for a refund. |
